Focus Time

When we quietly reflect internally, focusing on sensations, images, feelings and thoughts, we help to better integrate the brain.

Our Mission

Our Mission
To provide affordable psychological services for the treatment of mental health problems to improve the well being and life quality of individuals.

“The study of the brain has provided us with many valuable insights into how we as human beings function”.

We now know that our brain changes constantly, and that what we do and what we focus on (i.e. the thoughts) affects and changes our brain, in the same way as exercise affects our body.

The particular good news is that there are things that we all can do that will positively affect our well being and general mental health. The even better news is that these ‘well being enhancing activities’ are actually not that complicated. The ‘healthy mind platter’ is a practical and elegant way of presenting the activities that was developed by two eminent researchers in interpersonal Neurobiology (David Rock and Dan Siegel, M.D.). Making a little time in your day to do each of these activities assists over the long term to change your brain in positive way and help you feel more content and generally happier.”
